Oracle 라이센스코드 다운받는 사이트에서 다운을 받는다.
기존 license.bea backup 시켜 둔다
license.bea에 적용을 시켜준다
1) Windows
cmd>UpdateLicense license_update_file

2) Unix
./UpdateLicense.sh license_update_file
